Beau Chateau is a private estate of distinction, thoughtfully curated to offer an exceptional experience. To maintain the elegance, privacy, and integrity of the property, all film and photography sessions require prior approval.

Any professional or commercial filming or photography—whether indoors or outdoors—must be arranged through a formal permit issued by Beau Chateau management. All permits must be requested, approved, and signed in advance of the scheduled shoot. The standard permit fee is $100 per hour, applicable to all approved sessions across the estate. For large-scale productions, including extended crews, specialized equipment, set installations, or exclusive use of the property, custom pricing applies. Final rates will be determined following a detailed review of the production’s scope and requirements. Beau Chateau reserves the right to approve, decline, or place limitations on any request in order to protect the estate and the experience of our guests.
